Micro-Review: Super Karoshi (PC)

With all the crazy technology at our disposal, gigabytes, gigahertz, and gigagodzilla, it is too easy to forget how fun and challenging even simple little games can be.
Super Karoshi is one of the best of the many flash games that are available on the intertron tubes. The goal of the game is to murder Karoshi. This is accomplished by jumping into spikes, getting slammed in the head with a hammer, or eating too many cheeseburgers. Like the best puzzle games, it forces your brain to think in new ways to accomplish your goal of killing Karoshi. Each level forces you to think outside the box in a variety of ways, so that every time you think you have begun to figure out what is going on the game throws in another unique little twist.
Review: Battlefield Heroes (PC)

EA and Dice’s new third-person-shooter / MMOG, “Battlefield Heroes”, has finally opened to the public. It takes the basics of the Battlefield series and boils it down to a much more simplified version of the game.
Once you get past EA’s overblown login system, it is a simple matter of making a character and hopping into a random game.
