Barrel Roll #166 – “The Duke of Jerk”
A calamity has struck. The human race as we know it seems to have disappeared. That is, except for three resourceful podcasters. How long can they survive before being consumed by swarms of wild pomeranians?
Jonah, Jesse, and Adam Anania pool their resources to survive this harsh future while also managing to talk about video games. Adam went to TGS to try out Earth Defense Force 4 and Rockman Xover before heading home with Monster Hunter 3G (soon to be 3 Ultimate), The Denpa Men, and the enhanced vita port of Earth Defense Force 2017. Jonah gets his loot on with Torchlight 2 and Borderlands 2. Jesse gets welcomed to the jungle with Tokyo Jungle and Rayman Jungle Run. And the brothers Gregory have a great time with Dead or Alive 5 while simultaneously swallowing the embarrassment induced by its characters.
All this along with nerd stalkers, Dragon’s Dogma anecdotes, and more on episode #166 of Barrel Roll: “The Duke of Jerk”.

Linthus says:I just have to say that I’ve always liked this podcast but this show was pretty hilarious, the intro especially.
Also, you guys have changed the intro music a lot. Is that all from Jessie?

Jesse Gregory says:Glad you enjoyed the show!
As far as the music, yes, I have been swapping out all three songs instead of just the mid song each episode on the ones that I edit (which it seems I’ll be editing all of them now). I figured it’d be a nice way to mix things up and it gives me an excuse to share more music clips without adding any additional slots in the show.
