Signs of the Apocalypse: Social Networking Invading Xbox 360I have a Myspace, a Facebook, a Twitter, and a blog. If I want to, I can keep everyone up to date on all of my activities throughout the entire day. Thanks to the power of technology, you can find out everything you ever needed to know about shaolinjesus. Did you know I had a frozen burrito and a crappy granola bar for breakfast today? Well, thanks to the ubiquitous nature of our social networks, you can find out.

Review: X-Men Origins Wolverine (Xbox 360, PS3)

x-men origins wolverine review wingdamage.com

Coming into “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” I wasn’t expecting much more than an achievement run. The nicest thing I had heard about the game was that it wasn’t “as terrible as you would think”. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. I probably would have skipped this game entirely except young Masterlookas had decided to declare Gamerscore War. I needed whatever points I could get and I was not above playing a little movie game for a quick 500 points.

I find myself playing games on systems other than the 360 and in the back of my mind I keep thinking, “I could be getting Achievements!” This even happens when I am playing games that I really enjoy. “Man, this Shadow of the Colossus is amazing, but I could go play Cars: Mater-National and pick up some achievements.” I know that I have a horrible addiction.

I love Achievements. I love the little bloop blip sound that pops up every time you get a new one. I love checking to make sure that I have more points than my friends. I just love Achievements.
